About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and
implement instructional material for technical training courses. The candidate must possess
extensive experience in creating engaging and effective learning solutions, leading instructional
design projects, and mentoring junior team members.

and development sector. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Material Development: Design and develop instructional materials for technical
    training courses, including scripts (American/British English) and storyboard elements for
    the multimedia developer.
  • Quality Assurance and Management: Working closely with the developers on the tools such
    as ADOBE Storyline 360, RISE, and video authoring tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Vyond
    and other platforms curated for video development) to ensure end-to-end quality of
    development and adherence to client expectations.
  • Project Ownership: Lead and manage instructional design projects, ensuring the timely
    delivery of high-quality instructional elements, and demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • Project Planning and Analysis: Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, gap
    analysis, course development, and evaluation skills to design effective programs or curricula,
    balancing functional and business needs while adapting to dynamic business environments.
  • Leadership: Take on the role of Internal Team Lead, managing junior instructional designers,
    multimedia developers, and graphic designers.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize a strong academic background to act as an Internal Subject
    Matter Expert (SME) in content development. The expectation for the lead ID is to be good at
    researching and analysis to grasp the concepts and nuances of the content in focus.

 

Technical Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Web-Based Training (WBT), Computer-Based Traini
    (CBT), and Instructor-Led Training (ILT). Proficiency in instructional technology and hands-
    experience with rapid learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Captivate,
    and Articulate Rise. Technical Writing, Teaching/Training, performance measuring,
    multimedia, curriculum and course development.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities and mentor junior team
    members to achieve the expected level of competency.
  • Instructional Strategies: Select and use various techniques to define and sequen
    instructional content and strategies.

Qualifications

Qualification

  • At least 7 years of experience in Instructional Designing.
  • Strong academic background in Instructional Design or any related field
  • Mastery over ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and
    the ability to modify or create appropriate design and development models.
  • Expertise in Technical Writing, Teaching and Training, Performance Measurement,
    Multimedia, and Curriculum and Course Development
  • Excellent visual, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Regularly update and improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the related field
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working collaboratively within a team and
    independently with minimal supervision.
